1. Services Provided<\/strong> Al<\/strong><\/em> Khtowah Al Sareah Corporate Services Provider<\/strong><\/em> provides business setup, PRO services, and corporate consultancy in the UAE.<\/p>

2. Professional Fees and VAT<\/strong><\/p>

<\/p>

    • All service fees quoted are exclusive of 5% VAT unless otherwise stated.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

      <\/p>

        • Government fees (DED, MoHRE, etc.) are subject to change by the authorities and will be billed at the actual cost at the time of the transaction.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

          3. AML & Compliance (DNFBP)<\/strong> In compliance with UAE Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) laws, we are required to conduct Due Diligence on all clients. We reserve the right to refuse service if KYC requirements are not met.<\/p>

          <\/p>

          4. Client Responsibilities<\/strong> The client is responsible for the authenticity of all documents provided (Passports, EIDs, Certificates). Any delays caused by incomplete documentation or government rejections are not the responsibility of Al Khtowah Al Sareah.<\/p>

          <\/p>

          5. Refunds and Cancellations<\/strong> Government fees paid to UAE authorities are non-refundable. Service fees for work already initiated are non-refundable.<\/p>

          6. Limitation of Liability<\/strong> We act as an intermediary between the client and UAE government departments. We are not liable for changes in government policy, laws, or sudden fee increases by authorities.<\/p>

          7. Governing Law<\/strong> These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.<\/p>
